Utsuru is a multiplayer (4vs1) horror game where one player takes on the role of Reimu, and the other four players play as Youkai, trying to escape Reimu and Utsuru also has a recently added singleplayer mode where Reimu must try to eliminate all Youkai before she is caught. If the Youkai happen to find Reimu first, then I hope she can escape...being caught and defeated.
How to Play
Nostalgic arcade vibes meet fresh mechanics in Utsuru Infection. Each run is a chance to go further than the last. The game remembers; beat it. Controls: One or two keys do most of the work. Spacebar to jump, arrow keys to move — that's usually enough. Tips to get better: Power-ups are more valuable when you save them for the moment you're about to lose. Collect everything on your first run through a level — you'll know what to skip on future attempts. If something isn't working, try the opposite. Staying passive in an aggressive game (or vice versa) often breaks a losing streak. If you're drawn to games with a utsuru, infection flavor, Utsuru Infection hits that spot cleanly. Utsuru Infection is short-session friendly but gets surprisingly deep if you stick with it.
